On August 11, 2020, leaders and experts from the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau visited our company to conduct an on-site audit on the use of technology innovation coupons.



What are Technological Innovation Vouchers? To put it simply, it is a "voucher" for purchasing scientific and technological services or R&D equipment, and it is a pre-commitment by the government to support scientific and technological innovation of enterprises. The municipal finance will set up a special fund for "Technology Innovation Vouchers", and purchase "innovation services" through the government to subsidize the expenditures of small and medium-sized technology-based micro-enterprises in purchasing scientific and technological achievements and building R&D institutions. The Municipal Science and Technology Bureau will issue innovation vouchers according to the application of enterprises, and the municipal finance will cash out the funds in a timely manner according to the review results of experts at the beginning of next year. After purchasing scientific and technological achievements, companies can redeem 1/3 of the innovation vouchers; companies that purchase R&D equipment during the research and development process can redeem 1/7 with innovation vouchers.
