In 1999, with the approval of the Ministry of Personnel of the People's Republic of China, the first post-doctoral research station of nanomaterials preparation and application enterprise was established in China; in 2008, with the approval of the Taizhou Municipal Government, the Nanomaterials Engineering Research Branch of the Taizhou Applied Technology R&D and Industrialization Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences was established. ; In 2009, it co-built with Changzhou University - Jiangsu Enterprise Graduate Workstation; in 2011, it was approved as "Taizhou Enterprise Technology Center". This standard was proposed by Hehai Nano as the Chinese representative, and has been recognized by 66 countries in the ISO organization. It has absorbed the experience and technology of the application of nano titanium dioxide in sunscreen cosmetics for more than ten years, and has a wide range of international representation. It solves the problem that this universal product has no standard and safe use. It has a positive role in promoting the flow of nano-titanium dioxide for sunscreen around the world, eliminating monopoly, reducing trade barriers, and fair competition, especially enhancing the competitiveness of my country's nano-titanium dioxide products in the international market.
